Reuben
As a kid, I loved two things: connecting with people and helping them out. I turned every classroom, playground, and family gathering into an opportunity to bring people together—always finding joy in encouraging others. That playful kid never really left; he just found bigger stages.
My Story
Back In The Day
Growing up neurodiverse and Malaysian Indian Tamil in the melting pot of Newham, East London, my early years were beautifully messy. School was tough because I cared more about community than conformity—I constantly got into trouble for having "too much fun". But this relentless pursuit of joy became the driving force behind my unconventional career journey.

The Big Low
Everything changed when a major breakdown in 2017 led me into psychotherapy. I discovered the power of authenticity, community, and the importance of embracing my multipotentiality rather than resisting it. Realising I didn't have to do it alone was a game-changer—I founded Dream Rehab, creating spaces where people connect, collaborate, and actualise their dreams together.

My Squiggly Career
Ignoring traditional paths, I tried everything from acting and stand-up comedy to graphic design, event promotion, and TV presenting. In 2008, a near-win at MTV’s national talent competition showed me that my curiosity and charisma had real potential. But the rollercoaster of chasing my passions often led to burnout, anxiety, and isolation.

Today's Mission
Today, my mission is clearer than ever: I inspire possibility. Drawing on my background in entertainment, two decades of stage experience, and deep empathy, I help individuals and organisations take bold steps forward. Whether I’m hosting global conferences, delivering keynotes, presenting TV shows, or coaching people to show up authentically, my approach is always uplifting and rooted in our shared humanity.
Mission In Motion
Looking back, I’ve realised that every project I’ve created—whether an online show, live event, podcast, or workshop —has been driven by the same quiet force: a deep desire to help people grow into their full, authentic selves. Even before I had the language for it, I was building spaces that invited reflection, connection, courage and action. Mission in Motion is a snapshot of some of those heart-led creations — from 2006 until now - each one designed to inspire possibility and empower people to move forward in their lives with a little more authenticity.
